Young Voices concert
We had an absolutely fantastic time at the Young Voices concert on Tuesday 9th January at the Genting Arena. We grooved our socks off to all the dances and sung our hearts out too. It was certainly worth the hard work in the build up, and the tiredness the next day. Thank you to Miss Bunce, Miss Kavanagh, Mrs Neale and Mr Hudson for coming along. And a big thank you to the parents that came to the concert – it was so much fun!
Harbury Pop-Up Orchestra
The Harbury Pop-Up Orchestra (seasonally known as Elf Band!) are reuniting this half-term. If your child is in Key Stage 2 or above, and would like to join us (including ex-members of Harbury School) please see either myself or Laura Harris (parent). We rehearse on Tuesday mornings at 8:15am – 8:50am. The performances that are ooked at the moment are the local Village Hall Christmas Fayre (Saturday 2nd December) and the school’s church service (Wednesday 20th December). We welcome parents too! Thank you, Miss Bunce.
Harbury Choir is once again participating in the exciting Young Voices choir on Tuesday 9th January. Letters and lyrics have been handed out. If your child loses their lyrics, please download a copy here.
Also, if you are unable to access the Dropbox song files, please send in £2 in a named envelope and I will create a CD for you.

Entertaining some of the older Harbury residents
We were delighted to be asked to perform for some of the older Harbury residents at All Saints’ Church during the last week of term. We sang carols to the audience, some of whom sang along with us.
Afterwards we were given a drink and a biscuit and were able to mingle and chat with some of the old people. We were very pleased to see Tony there, he came to our school to talk about his wartime experiences as child during our WW11 topic.
